What to Expect During Construction
From start to finish, our mission is to listen to our customer's needs and deliver results in a timely manner.  Construction begins almost instantly and consists of the highest standards to ensure quality and longevity.
DIG:  Typically starts at 7am with the goal of finishing in one day.  The fence will be taken down (if needed) to create access for the bobcat.
PLUMBING / ELECTRIC:  More trenching but last day of destruction.  Should take 1-2 days and it is very important to keep kids and pets away from open trenches.
REBAR:  Reinforced steel takes one day with a city/county inspection to follow.
GUNITE:  In one day the pool takes shape and comes to life.  The day after, homeowners are to water the gunite twice (as you would a car).  Water may puddle but don't worry.
ROCK WATERFALL:  If applicable, otherwise tile begins.
TILE:  1-2 days
DECK:  Grade dirt, set forms, and call for a city/county inspection.  Next day concrete is poured.  (Do not walk on for 3 days).
INTERIOR:  If plastered, pool is filled immediately.  If pebbled, acid wash
day 2 and then fill.
END RESULT:  Customer calls when full so we can start chemical process and give orientation.
