  1. HOW LONG DOES THE BUILD PROCESS TAKE

    ?

    5-7 weeks on average. It all depends upon the complexity of the job.
  2. ONCE THE POOL HAS STARTED FILLING, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO

    ?

    Continue filling until the water level reaches the middle of the tile. It is important to not shut off the hose until the water level is at specified height.
  3. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS THROUGH YOUR COMPANY

    ?

    No money down. 4 payments collected throughout the build. Additional 5th and final payment is due after the job has been completed.
  4. DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR CITY / COUNTY INSPECTIONS

    ?

    No. Only for the final inspection to provide access to door alarms, if applicable.
  5. ONCE THE POOL HAS BEEN FILLED, HOW SOON CAN WE SWIM

    ?

    Immediately.
  6. HOW LONG SHOULD I STAY OFF NEWLY POURED CONCRETE

    ?

    A minimum of 2 days to allow concrete to cure properly.
  7. AFTER PLASTER / PEBBLE, CAN I WALK IN THE POOL BEFORE FILLING WITH WATER

    ?

    No. Not until the pool has completely filled with water. Otherwise, you run the risk of staining the interior.
  8. WHAT IS THE PRICE OF A BASE POOL AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE

    ?

    $31,500 and includes 80 linear feet perimeter, (1) incandescent light, white plaster, and (3) standard entry steps.
