How does Signature Pools & Spa communicate with homeowners during construction

Both communication and a quality build are paramount to Signature Pools & Spa, Inc. which is why we use Buildertrend Construction Management Software. With a personalized dashboard, homeowners can track progress, financials, send and receive instant messages, and make secure online payments. Additionally, our scheduler will call or text at the end of each week to inform you of the tentative schedule for the following week. Please remember this is construction so flexibility is required.

ONCE THE POOL HAS STARTED FILLING, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO

Continue filling until the water level reaches the middle of the tile. It is important to not shut off the hose until the water level is at specified height.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR CITY OR COUNTY INSPECTIONS

Varies by location. City of Clovis and Fresno only requires you be present for 3rd and final inspection.

HOW LONG SHOULD I STAY OFF NEWLY POURED CONCRETE

A minimum of 2 days to allow concrete to cure properly.

AFTER PLASTER / PEBBLE, CAN I WALK IN THE POOL BEFORE FILLING WITH WATER

No. Not until the pool has completely filled with water. Otherwise, you run the risk of staining the interior.
